Sushila Prabha and Satish Singla Scholarship has been instituted in the year 2023 by Shri Varun Singla and is open to all BTech students. The scholarship amount is Rs. 1 lakh per student per year and is awarded to one BTech student every year in order to support internships (international or domestic), special projects and opportunities, financial needs, etc. BTech students with a minimum CPI of 6.5 are eligible.

Shri Varun Singla, is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur with an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently a Senior Manager at Amazon, Seattle. This scholarship has been established in honour of his parents, Smt. Sushila Prabha and Shri Satish Singla, as well as in recognition of all the devoted parents who tirelessly nurture their children's aspirations. The remarkable journey of Sushila Prabha and Satish Singla, stemming from modest beginnings, serves as a powerful testament to the values of sacrifice and unwavering determination in ensuring their children receive a top-notch education. Their story serves as a shining example of how resilience, perseverance, and knowledge can truly transform lives. In 2016, Sushila Prabha's courageous battle with cancer not only left an indelible mark on her family but also left behind a legacy of strength and an unwavering belief in the power of education.
