IITGN launches AI Resilience & Command (ARC) Centre
As Indian cities grapple with increasingly frequent floods, climate extremes, and mounting infrastructure stress, the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) has launched its AI Resilience and Command (ARC) Centre on February 05, 2026. Located at the IITGN Research Park, the Centre promotes data-driven climate-risk management, combining flood forecasting, mobility analysis and AI-enabled decision support to help cities anticipate and respond to extreme events.
