IIT Gandhinagar is planning to prepare and maintain item wise lists of eligible and capable suppliers and may utilize these lists as and when necessary in the following categories:
    1. Office & computer stationeries
    2. Computer,Printer,UPS & Software (Generic)
    3. Electronics & Electrical goods
    4. Courier services
    5. Customs House Agent
Registered suppliers are eligible for consideration for procurement of goods through Limited Tender Enquiry.
Credentials, manufacturing capability, past performance, after sales service, financial background etc. should be verified before registration.
Suppliers will be registered for a fixed period of 3 years depending on the nature of goods. At the end of this period registered supplier willing to continue may do so on renewal of registration provided they fulfill all the required conditions.
