LFP [League of Football Players]

RULES:

It has been decided that current LFP players will be divided in four groups:

CAPTAINS of previous year LFP plus ONE BEST player of the previous LFP season
FIRST ELEVEN of our college team.
SUBS including RESERVE PLAYERS.
players included in DEPARTMENT TEAMS.

Group 1 can be rated as 70 RC's
Group 2 can be rated as 60 RC's
Group 3 can be rated as 50 RC's
Group 4 can be rated as 40 RC's

Now every manager will be told to submit a list of five players they want to hold on to, and obviously they will be covered in above four groups.
Every manager will be provided 500 RCs for both transfer and auctioning this season. It has been decided that the winning team will get 30 more RC than other teams. Also during the qualifying stage and league each win in the league gives 10 RC and each match drawn gives 5 RCs.

So the club list along with their RCs:

REBELS UNITED: 565 (500 + 30 + 2win + 3draws)
CLUB GALLANTOS: 535 (500 + 3wins + 1 draw)
URBAN BLITZ: 520 (500 + 1win + 2draws)
BLUE FALCONS: 520 (500 + 1win + 2draws)
8HOOLIGANS FC: 510 (500 + 2draws)

Now the transfer thing (not exactly the transfer but exchange of players):

The exchange will obviously involve two players who belong to different groups, one in higher group (HG) and the other in lower group (LG). The team losing HG will gain the 2 times the difference of the RCs of HG and LG. While the team gaining HG will lose only the difference of RCs between them.

For example, If a team manager (TM1) wishes to buy group 2 in exchange of group 4 player from team manager (TM2), then TM1 will lose 20 RC while TM2 will gain 40 RC.
