There were 200 participants in the summer school last year . The feedback suggests that participants gained substantially from the content of courses and interaction with the instructors. Following the same legacy, the summer school 2016 has been designed for benefit of the participants and invites application from the faculty and student from the colleges covered under TEQIP - II.

Program Overview

Sessions will be a combination of

  • Expert Lectures
  • Experiments
  • Hands-on training
  • Problem Solving Sessions.

Morning sessions will include experts speaking on topics related to the course.

Afternoon sessions will allow participants to either discuss/review, Experiments, Hands-on training, Pre-assigned readings with a faculty member(s) or work in small groups and Problem solving sessions. In addition, the Summer School will host evening events such as music recitals and receptions to provide participants with a unique, distinctive cultural experience as well as socializing opportunities.
