Number of applications for Summer Research Internship Programme (SRIP), at IITGN, increases by over 66 percent this year. SRIP offers an opportunity for students from different places to work along with the institute’s faculty members in the ongoing research projects.
NEEV Training Course
Neev, a community outreach program of IITGN, has expanded its activities from entrepreneurship training to include vocational skill development training for the grassroots. The first training course began on May 23, 2016.
National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has ranked IITGN at 8th position among the engineering colleges in the country.
