Research Interest

Modeling, testing and validations for engineering materials and interfaces/joints
Computational (finite element) methods , development and validations
Application to wide range of problems: Geo- and Structural mechanics, Soil- structure interaction, earthquake analysis and liquefaction, slopes, dams and tunnels, flow through porous media (seepage and consolidation), composites (e.g. computer chips in electronic packaging.
