With this in mind, what can a new institute do to establish itself as a center of excellence in emerging India? IIT Gandhinagar is organizing a two day conclave to bring together some of the best young minds in order to address this challenge.
The Conclave seeks talented and motivated graduate students and post-doctoral researchers from around the world to discuss opportunities and challenges in Indian academia, specifically in the context of an emerging Institute that aims to be world class in research and teaching. The Conclave includes a workshop on proposal writing, and will present an opportunity for driven graduate students and post-docs to interact with each other and with eminent Indian academics.
